CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

VAYUU stands behind the quality of every product we make. All VAYUU products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Our warranty covers:

Stitching defects and seam failures
Zipper malfunctions (not due to misuse)
Hardware defects (buckles, clasps, rings)
Structural failures under normal use conditions

WARRANTY PERIOD

Bags & Backpacks: 6 months from date of purchase
Wallets & Belts: 3 months from date of purchase
Accessories: 3 months from date of purchase

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions
Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs) that does not affect functionality
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
